Highlight the Contact Folder in Outlook 2003 and then from the file menu
select Import/Export > export the folder to a pst (alternately you could use
a CSV or Excel format) and follow the wizard, then import this file into
Outlook 2000 using the same Import/Export command. Any problems post back

This will only work if the user first creates a new PST in "Outlook 92-2002"
format and then exports or copies into that file. If the Export Wizard
creates the PST file, it will be in the wrong format.
