I wanted to import contacts of Microsoft Outlook 2003 to Microsoft Outlook 2000  SignatureWith warm regards, Shrinivas Highlight the Contact Folder in Outlook 2003 and then from the file menu select Import/Export > export the folder to a pst (alternately you could use a CSV or Excel format) and follow the wizard, then import this file into Outlook 2000 using the same Import/Export command. Any problems post back >I wanted to import contacts of Microsoft Outlook 2003 to Microsoft Outlook >2000 This will only work if the user first creates a new PST in "Outlook 92-2002" format and then exports or copies into that file. If the Export Wizard creates the PST file, it will be in the wrong format.
