In Phone List view, why can't I enter or modify street address inf

I am unable to enter or modify street address info in Phone List view.  I can
enter and modify info in all other categories.  Thanks in advance for your
help!

Is in cell editing enabled?

I'm on Outlook 2002.

Might it have something to do with Palm Pilot sync setup?

Check your in cell editing settings first:
It's in "Other Settings" when you select the option to Customize your
current view.
