File | Save As. If you save it as a text file, you can open it in Notepad
for some minor massaging to remove all but the tabular data, then open the
resulting file in Excel as a tab-delimited file.

Russ & Sue -

Thanks!  That helped.  Anyway I can then import that Excel file into a
Global Distribution List on Exchange Server 5.5?  Alternately, is there
anyway to bring them in individually on a global list?

Thanks!

You can't export DL's. You can save them as txt files then open them in
Excel.
