Today I had to change to a new computer,  I exported my outlook 2003 data
(exporting to a PST) and imported the data back on my new system (outlook
2003) using the import from PST file. My problem occurs when I open my
contacts.  All of the contacts are in the address book, however I have links
within my contacts to other contacts in the address book. Now If I try to
click on one of those links I get an error saying outlook is unable to locate
the contact
that the link is associated with. The contacts do exist and are located in
the
address book.  Hope this isn't too confusing.

For example I have a contact for Comet Corporation. If I open the Comet
Corporation contact, in the lower left corner, I have the links to all the
other contacts who work for Comet corp. Those links are  listed but do not
work.

All the contacts were created using the Actions menu.

Did I not back something up???

Any ideas on what's going on here??

It usually works a lot better if you simply open your original .PST file in
your new copy of Outlook instead of importing and exporting -- that way, not
as many things get broken.  Do you still have access to the original .PST
file you used on the old machine?
