How do I adjust outlook contact  details?

After I open outlook contact, the screen on left takes half of page and other
half on right does not display the contents of all of the notes. This makes
it desirable that the left side is shorter then right side.  As an Alternate,
How do I have the contact notes on bottom instead of to the right as it used
to be in previous version of office 2002 pro?

You would have to create  a custom form, modifying the first page of the
contact form in some way -- however small -- so that it shows your custom
page instead of the built-in page. See:
