vCard and Journal

I have a Contact with Journal Activities.  Is there any way to forward this
Contact with the actual Journal entries (not just the list)?

Not without sending the user a .pst file containing the journal entries.

Also, note that the list that you see on the Activities page is built
dynamically, not stored in the contact.
