I am tryig to create a new contact folder with unique fields. The fields are
items that I have defnied and can add, however when I added them they were
only for the one contact I changed them in. How do I create this so every
contact in it will go to these nw field and not the defualt fields?

THen how do I import the items I have from Excel with all the info into
these outlook contact fields. When I go to import it does not give me the
option to map them to the new fields only deafult fields?

Any field that you created in the folder will automatically appear on every
contact's All Fields page, under User-defined Fields in Folder.

Outlook doesn't support importing to custom fields. You'd have to write
custom code or use a third-party application. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm.
