REMINDER popping up ?

At "winXP prof.", or "OE" there is a set up, for a prior timed  "reminder",
that will pop up with a 'clink",  at what ever place I be. I had it once,
but lost it. How can I find this devise again

Sorry about the mistake, here is the question again:
From ?winXP? one can download a program, which is a ?reminder?,  that will
pop up with a ?clink?, at a time it was set earlier. Could somebody please
helping me getting it
