Hi,

I want to group multiple email addresses together as one contact.  I'm not
having much luck.

I tried the help menu.  It said I should go into the VIEW menu and choose
CUSTOMIZE VIEW.  Then, click on GROUP BY.  So, here's my problem...

When I get to the part when I'm supposed to click on GROUP BY, it is not
accessible.  The letters in the words "GROUP BY" are not blackened.
Therefore I cannot click on it.  I hope that makes sense?

Can someone please let me know what I'm doing wrong?  I'd really appeciate
the advice.

Thanks.

Grouping can only be applied to certain views, such as a list or Table view.
You have told us neither your view nor your Outlook version.

Do you have a criterion by which you want to group your Contacts? Normally
one would use categories or Distribution Lists to do what you want.
