Since changing my pc, I wish to copy or move the cached email
addresses in Outlook to my new machine.

There are some 2-300 manually typed addresses which are currently
available through auto-complete..suggested addresses etc...albeit on
my old machine.

Is anyone aware of how I can do this?

Find the *.NK2 file associated with your old profile. Copy it and rename it
to match the NK2 file in the new profile. Then use it to replace the NK2
file created by the new profile.
