Strange problem. I have an corporate (Exchange 2003) Outlook 2002 SP3 user on
Windows XP SP2. Her contacts folder holds 107 contacts. Via Active Dirctory,
I find her account, choose the Exchange Advanced tab and then give myself
Full Mailbox Access to her mailbox. If I open up her mailbox in my Outlook,
and choose her Contacts folder, I only see about 50 contacts, but at the
bottom left of the screen, I see it say 107 items. If I choose View/Current
View and either Customze Current View or Define Views, in both cases, they
tell me that Filter is turned off, but I am still not able to see all the
contacts. If I export her contacts folder to a .pst file and open it up via
the pst file, I can see all 107 contacts.
Can someone tell me where this filter is? I am going crazy trying to figure
this out.

Thanks.

Sam

Are you opening her mailbox using a new profile?
