I recently purchased a Pocket PC (HP iPAQ rz1700 series) - I had successfully
set up all the programs and was synching with no problems.  UNTIL - somehow I
had erased ALL my contact information while using my handheld.  I was using
the contacts one minute then the next minute it was empty.  Then - i figured
that I would just go home to my PC and just re-synch all the contacts into my
PDA again.  However, in doing this I have now deleted all my contacts
(outlook) from my PC as well.  I know, I know - what an idiot!!!  Is it at
all possible to retrieve these contacts?  We are talking 100's of telephone
numbers and addresses!!!

Please help me - i'm freakin' out!!!

Restore them from a back up of your Outlook data file.
