Can I search contacts by anniversary or birthday in Outlook?

Is it possible to type in, say, January and have contacts come up whose
birthdays or anniversaries are in January?

View your Contacts folder in Phone List View (turn on your Advanced toolbar
and change the view from Address cards).

Use the Field Chooser to add the Birthday Field to the table view you're now
in.  You can now Sort by the Birthday field by clicking on it's header.
