Dear B4,
What Outlook version?
As general answer: you have to add Outlook Addressbook in your list of
Outlook services.
Outlook 98/200 in Corporate/Workgroup mode:
To Install the Outlook Address Book Service, On the Tools Menu, click
Services. Click Add and click to select the Outlook Address Book from the
list of available services and then click OK.
In Outlook 2002/2003
1.. Start Outlook.
2.. Click Tools and select E-mail Accounts.
3.. Select Add a new directory or address book and click Next.
4.. Select Outlook Address book and click Next.
5.. Restart Outlook
Go now to your contact folder and try it again to add this contact folder as
Outlook Addressbook.
