The Outlook Address Book is a container for address lists built from your
contacts folders. You have a default folder named Contacts and have
apparently added another contacts folder named Vendors, right? If you want
names to appear in the Vendors list, copy or move them from the Contacts
folder into the Vendors folder. You can drag or Ctrl+drag them or use the
Edit | Copy to Folder or Move to Folder commands.

I can drag them from my contacts to the Vendor folder in my 'Folder List' but
when I click on New/To:/Vendors there are still no names in the 'Name Box'
