When I attempt to do a mail merge, my Contact information does not appear.  I
get everything that is in archives, and even things that are no longer there
(i.e. deleted and removed) but not my main contact folder.  In addition,
numerous contacts that are supposed to be in the archived folders, do not
show up either.  I have reviewed the info that came up with my question, did
everything that was recommended, but still, no Cigar!

Start from Outlook Contacts.  ie select the people you want to mailmerge to
| Tools|  Mailmerge | merge to email | type in your subject line.  Word
starts up and you're off!
