Try removing the Outlook Address Book service from your mail profile, then
adding it back.

Sue,
Thanks for your reply. I tried removing Outlook Address Book but all that
has done is remove the error message I use to get. Both the Personal and
Outlook address books are still empty. Somehow I need to populate the
Outlook address book with my Contacts list.

Did you add it back? If so, bring up the Properties dialog for your Contacts
folder and check the Outlook Address List box there. You should then see the
Contacts list under Outlook Address Book in the address book display.
