Outlook 2003 Contact's Pictures Sync to PDA somehow?

Absolutely LOVE the idea of thumbnail pictures in each Contact's record.

I didn't mind upgrading to Outlook 2003 to get this awesome feature.

I want this primarily for my PDA, and I'm suprised that the pictures are NOT
transfered to the PDA when I sync.

I use many PDAs, and I would hope it could be made to work with them all.

Especially the PDA which is my mobile phone!

Anybody know what I'm doing wrong, or what configuration changes are
required to make this work?

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. I just think your PDA software
ignores the pictures, which are stored as attachments to the contact
records.
