how to make a call from contacts and use headset to converse?

COME ON people I am working hard on this with no results!! I'm sure I can't
be the only one interested in this and I know there are much smarter, more
experienced users than me out there.

I answered a similar question on one of these newsgroups just a day or two
ago...I wonder if it was from you? <g>

In any event, Outlook cannot facilitate the call once it's dialed. It will
dial the number for you but then you're on your own.
