Importing from Lotus Notes

Anyone have any ideas on the best way to get Contacts from Lotus Notes into
Outlook?  I've had the user export them into a tabbed text file and a Lotus
123 file.  The tabbed text truncated the data when I tried to view it in
Excel.  The 123 file was better, but didn't have any email addresses.

I know this is probably a Lotus question, but if anyone has had any luck
importing Lotus Notes Contacts, I'd love to hear some suggestions.
