I'm currently trying to view journal entries made for one specific contact.
Verses using my Inbox, Journal, to view ALL entries made for every contact I
have.

When I open the contact folder and click the Activities tab I get a message
... that reads :

No folders are defined for the Activities tab of contacts in this contact
folder. Right click on the contact folder, and then click properties. On the
activities tab, set the folders that should be searched for items associated
with this contact.

However I have tried all variations of this task and nothing appears or even
allows me to define anything. I need more specific instructions.

Were you able to get to the Activities tab? Please provide details of what
you did after that.

Not sure what your problem is since your message doesn't appear to be a
reply to a previous message.
