Changes made to My Contacts not returned in To: field on new email

I updated an email address in My Contacts but when I type the name in the to:
field of a new email, Outlook returns the old email address.

What should I do so that it pulls from the most up to date My Contacts.

Delete the old address when you see it in the popup autocomplete list.
