I need to put about 1000 addresses into one distribution list. How can I do it?

One by one.

Seriously, does your ISP allow you to send messages with 1000 recipients.
Many don't.

Hello ZL123,

You can't in Outlook.  You'll need to do 10-15 seperate distribution lists
for that many.

Best workaround I can think of is to create a seperate category for those
contact items.  Group by category, select those contact items and do a "New
Mail Message" to those selected contacts.  Keep in mind that your ISP may
have a limit on the number of addresses per message and you should BCC that
message so as to not anger your recipients.

Aloha,
