How can I get my contacts to appear in alphabetical order by last name in the
"select names" box of a new message?  In the contact list they sort by last
name, but for new messages they sort by first name.  It worked fine in
Windows 2000, but now on XP it doesn't work.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

What version of Outlook are you using, and if 98 or 2000, what mail support
mode?  If you're not sure, look at the second line of Help | About Microsoft
Outlook -- it should say "Internet Mail Only" or "Corporate/Workgroup".
(Outlook 97, 2002, and 2003 don't have separate modes.)
