You'll have to tell us a bit more information. Is the Outlook 2003? By My
Contacts, do you mean the lists in the Contacts navigation pane? What
default list are you referring to?

I have a similar problem in Outlook 2000. Somehow, I have 3 contact lists
that show up when I click the "to:" button in an email screen.
In addition, the list does not appear as it does with the main contact list
(internal office list) until I type in some characters from the persons name.
In other words, I cannot see the list and scroll down, it's just blank.
What can I do to remove the redundant (and different) contact lists?

What kind of internal list is this -- Exchange GAL? LDAP? Which lists are
redundant and which do you want to remove?
