Hi,

I have several blackberry users that are having issues with the '+' symbol
as it appears in their Contact list.  Is there a way to enter a long distance
telephone number in Outlook Contacts simply as 1-222-333-4444 and have it
remain in that format?  It changes to +1(222)333-4444 which is unusable for
direct dialing without editing the number to once again be 1-222-333-4444.

Thanks,

Blackberry and Outlook conflicts is a well known issue that each company is
working on.  If I were you, I would elevate this to the support programs for
each software company to see what is available as a workaround or if they
are aware of this particular issue.
