I have SBS 2003 running on my exchange server and all desktop pc's have Win
Xp Pro with office 2003 running.

What is the best way of sending weekly news updates to my customer databse
which is between 4000 - 10000.

At the moment I have all my customers in a single contacts folder but
classified under categories inorder for me to select a particular group and
then I take all the emails and send them a Bcc mail.

I sthere a way I can create a distribution list or something that I can
select for a category and use that to send the mail, only problem I see is
we have new customers daily to add into our system and dont want to be
manually updating them into different lists.

Can you help? Is there an easier way to do this?

Thanks in advance.

At that volume, I would use an external mailing list service or dedicated
mailing list software. You can expect to average 5-10% NDRs and will not
want to manage those manually.

Can you recommend any programs I can use for sending bulk emails?

The page at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail.htm#massmail lists bulk
mail tools that work with Outlook data, but I don't know how their
high-volume handling and NDR processing are.
