Most of us use the Envelope Wizard from Word to do this.

Yeah, I do too, but sometimes I would just like to print out an envelope from
Outlook without opening up Word. Call me lazy, but it sure would be nice.

Outlook uses Word for mail merges. You can start the merge from Outlook if
you want, but I hardly see how that is easier.
