How do you save information stored in Outlook 2002 to a CD-R?

I've designed forms under contact cards to track vacation days.  I wish to
save this information to a CD-R so that the controller who uses it as a
checks and balances for the payroll may access the information.  Can anyone
help me in the area?  The outlook version is 2002 it was a preload with the
computers.

You didn't say anything about what format you want to store that information
in. I imagine that the comptroller wants some say in that.
