Hi

I am trying to export my contacts in Outlook 2000, but when I open up
address book, then go to file, the export and import options are not
highlighted.  I have tried repairing and reinstalling but still the same
thing.  Anyone know how to rectify this
many thanks

Install the feature from your Office CD.

Wrong dialog. Use the Import and Export command on the File menu in
Outlook's main window, not the one on the address book.

Yikes! Of course. I was still asleep. I didn't even realize she was in the
wrong place.
My bad.
