I have multiple contacts about 3,000 in Outlook. Most of my contacts are
bussinees related so I file these by company then name. The issue is I also
keep my personal conatacts in outlook as well so it is also filed by company
then name. Most of my personal contacts I do not have a company by them so
they are in no kind of order. I would like to be able to file one category
one way and another category another. I am able to do this on my IPaq but can
not figure out how to do this on Outlook.
Thanks for the help!

It is not clear what you want to do, but I would consider making use of
Categories or separate Contact Subfolders to organize your Contacts. Trying
to create different "File As..." field formats for different Contacts sounds
like an exercise in futility to me.
