I haven't used Outlook in ages. I want to create a distribution list for
sending a newsletter with over two hundred names. But when the person gets
it, I don't want 200 names listed in the "TO" box; just the name of the
distribution list (e.g., "Newsletter January 2005"). I checked the online
help ... how do I do this?

You can create a blank distribution list (with only your address in it). Put
that in the To field. Then put everyone else's address in the BCC field.
