Hi everyone! First time poster here!
I'm trying to use Outlook 2003 as a way of managing my things to do with my
contacts. I can set up flags and due-by dates for those flags and I know how
to customize my views so that I can see the flag status and follow-up flag.
But I don't know how to view a list sorted by due-by date for those follow-up
flags. Does anyone know how to please?
Many thanks

what happens when you create a view that includes the due date field and try
to sort by it?
