Russ,
I'm having the very same problem. I'm running Outlook 2003. In case it
matters, I have just upgraded my machine, and I copied the whole PST file
from the old machine to the new one. All my contacts show when I click on
the Contacts tab, but when I try to address an e-mail, they're not there.
All help appreciated!

How did you migrate your data? Just copying a PST file will not enable
Outlook to use it. Even worse, if you overwrote another PST file when you
copied it, you have corrupted your profile.
