MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / January 2005Display As shows first name vs last name first. How can I fix th.
Distribution list selection box also shows first name first. (I changed the sort for general viewing of the list to last name, but it doesn't correct these areas.) Please ask Microsoft to provide an update to remedy this. Also, some newly added names do not even appear. I can find no reason for this as they were added exactly the same as other names. Thank you! Try F1, or Help. Manually, open a contact, click on the General tab, if not already showing. The "Display as:" field is the name that will appear in the Distribution list. Thank you! I'm sorry, but this still doesn't help. (I can't find a "general" tab anyway.) The problem is how the data appears inside the "display as" field.
