Word 2003 provides a list of available merge fields from an Outlook contact list. However, it appears that many fields are not listed as available. How do I access these "unavailable" fields? For example, the "notes" & "anniversary" fields cannot be merged according the the Word list. Start the merge in Outlook, not Word, and you'll have all fields available.
