Why can't I export my contacts in outlook?

I am running Office XP on Windows XP on my computer. I am trying to export
my contacts from Outlook, but when I click "Export to a file", and then click
Next in the Import/Export wizard, nothing happens. If I try clicking any of
the Import items in the wizard, and then click Next it goes through the
import. Only the Export function does nothing, and it doesn't even hang the
machine, it just does nothing. Can some one please help?

Have you tried removing then re-adding the feature using the Office
Maintenance Wizard?
