I am getting "can't open this item" when trying to open a custom form within
Contacts.  Other people in my team are able to open them ok.  Have tried
copying the frmcache.dat file from a working pc but still have a problem.
Can anyone help?

Never copy frmcache.dat from another machine. Instead, delete the one on
your machine.

If you continue to have problems, post back with information on where the
form is published, what version of Outlook you're using, and the exact text
of the error message.
