How do I revert my contacts after sync w/ PDA Phone?

I have a PDA Phone that I just sync'd with my MS Outlook 2003. I thought I
had it set to replace everything on my phone with the data on my computer,
but it replaced the computer contacts with what was on my phone. Now, I have
lost a lot of contacts. Can I revert my contacts to what they were before?
(thus, retrieving my lost data?)

Not an Outlook issue.
Ask the manufacturers of your synchronization software.
