How can I copy and paste contact information from Outlook 2003 contacts into
other applications, for example to a Letter or e-mail?  The information can
simply be name, address, phone numbers, etc.  Other contact management
software, such as ACT or Ecco, allow the user to simply highlight the
contact record, hit the copy command, tab to another app and click paste.  I
haven't found the right keystrokes in Outlook...

Help!

Manny

Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
functions take a look here:

Any way to do this without mailmerging?  Simple copy and paste of the
contact's information is what I'm trying to do.

Thanks,

Manny

Are you willing to fool around with VBA code? IF so, take a look at the code
sample at http://www.outlookcode.com/codedetail.aspx?id=506.
