Hello,

I have outlook 2003 11.56

When I start a new email, and begin to type email addresses into the to
field, outlook automatically recognizes emails i have either sent and/or
received to/from in the past. Therefore i need not to type the whole email
address, but just type the first letter and select it from the drop down box.

Now, i can see all the addresses below but can only select them one by one
starting from a to z. This takes quite a long time. I would like to select
all these addresses below but do not know how. Where are they located?

They are located in a separate autocompletion cache file with an NK2
extension. You cannot access these addresses directly, but you can use a
third party utility to do so:
