When importing Excel into Outlook it will only bring in 221 rows of 486 rows.
I have tried to import it in two separate steps dividing the information
into 2 spreadsheets, that did not work either.

I have imported smaller files to other contacts with no problems.  Is there
a max number of item you can put in your contacts?

Open your spreadsheet and check the area that the named range you're using
to import covers.
