I have a message stuck in my outbox. The attachment is 12 MB. When I try to open or delete the message from the outbox I get a response that I can not because Outlook has already started transmitting the message. The KB is replete with instructions on how to clear your Outbox based on your Outlook version. We would have no idea, since you failed to post your Outlook version.
