hello-

i'm trying to create (or get easily from the web) a 'custom' form for
outlook contacts that includes fields (user-defined) that are most useful to
me on the first tab.  i know that i can do the user-defined fields, but these
are not on the first tab and won't end up being used by my colleagues, so i'd
prefer to add a few fields of interest to the first tab in Outlook Contacts
(when one views a contact).

any advice?

Did you have a specific question? Unless you're using Outlook 97, you can
customize the first page of the contact form, but there will be side
effects. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/contactform.htm
