Can I export only one folder of contacts?

I am looking for an alternative to using e-mail to advise our staff of
updates to our company e-mail address list.  In my Outlook Express
address book, I have a separate folder for company addresses.  I would
like to export just this folder to the server so staff can use it to
replace their company contacts folder with the updated one.  We do not
use an Exchange server.  Half of our employees use notebook computers
that they also take offsite, so they need to have the updated addresses
on their hard drives.  No matter how I approach it, every time I
attempt to export just that folder, it exports all of my contacts  Any
suggestions?

Clarify what email software everyone is using. This group has nothing to do
with Outlook Express.
