Outlook 2000 autodialer status "on hook"

Outlook 200 won't auto dial. Staus says "oh hook"

This function is handled and controlled by the Windows Dialer, not Outlook.

The settings for it are made in Control Panel > Phone and Modem options...
If you need help with it, I'd try one of the operating system groups.
