In Microsoft Outlook 2000 I am unable to send email messages because I keep
getting 'an error occurred while attempting to open Window Address Book'.

I tried using Microsoft Outlook Express 6 instead but I keep getting 'There
was an error opening this message. An error has occurred' whenever I try to
create new mail.

I also tried exporting my contacts from Plaxo to Outlook Express but without
success. I just keep getting 'Error importing to the address book'.

If someone knows how to help me fix this I would greatly appreciate it. This
has been going on since Monday and it's frustrating.

Thank you

Clarify whether you are asking about Outlook or Outlook Express.
State the mail support mode of Outlook you are using (line 2 of Help |
About, if you don't know).
