How do you setup a Public Folder to be default when saving to

When you right click on a sender's email address in the inbox to add it to
contacts, how can you make it save to a Public Folder on Exchange Server 2003
using Outlook 2003 automatically?

You don't. Instead, you learn to use the File | Move to Folder command to
save the item, instead of Save and Close.
