I need to get an Act 2005 contact list into Outlook 2002. I can export Act to
Excel, but get error messages when trying to import in Outlook, either can
not find file, or  values are not named.

Export a few created contacts from Outlook to Excel.  Compare the Outlook
file to the Act file and massage the Act file accordingly.  Note:  Outlook
does not import custom fields.
