Explain what you mean and what you are trying to do.
What does your email editor have to do with formatting Contacts? Where are
you trying to format them?

Thanks, Russ, for responding. Clearly, I'm not using the right words for a
Microsoft Outlook Help Search.
My Contacts are a mess of different fonts, font sizes, and line spacing.
Noticed it particularly after a change from Microsoft Outlook 2000 to MS
Outlook 2003 Pro recently.
My question was in reference to the specific difficulty of changing the line
spacing (double to single) on a Contact "card" in the open field where more
detailed information is entered about that individual.
When I go to Format/Paragraph, there is only R/L alignment to choose from,
nothing on line spacing. The MSOutlook Help auto-response to my question had
only the instruction to be sure that Outlook was using MSWord as the editor.
So I checked Tools/Options/Mail Format tab, and indeed Word is the editor for
E-mail. Clearly that doesn't serve Contacts. But what does?
How do I change the line spacing in the Contact (individual entry page), and
can I create a default that will change all the Contacts to that spacing?
Simply can't figure out why it's different from page to page.
Your help is appreciated. Thanks, Valser

OK. We're getting closer. By the "open field" do you mean the notes section
on the first page of the standard Outlook Contact Form?
